About
Beginning with the intersection of a box and the viewer. YoUVE g@T mAil explores the loneliness and frustration of the viewer. Offering them a chance to rid themselves of what they dislike. Showing them a path to reconnection.
The experience began through email interactions, extracting logistical information with a little flare. Then continuing to the drop off of the box. Leading the viewer to;
- Began the show in their bathtub with a tactile objects and a guided audio tape
- Take a chosen path to Malibu with a curated and timed playlist, offering a cinematic sensation
- Then ending at a site specific beach to let go of them selves and give into the sea. Reconnect with the water. Use water, something that flows through our streams, pipes and bodies to reconnect with those around. Finding peace in the isolation.
